Product Texture Change
It will only take a few minutes to prep the product back to its normal silky texture once again.
Due to environmental temperature changes from shipping, events and travel, your product may experience texture change (little grainy balls).
At Artica we never use chemical stabilizers in our products and we use a high ratio of concentrated oils in our creams, making the product more prone to separation.
- Simply take a bowl and fill it with hot water.
- Next, place your tightly lidded Artica jar in the bowl of hot water. The lid should be screwed on tight - (image shown without lid just for visual reference).
- FACE CREAM: Remove from hot water after 10 mins. Once fully melted, place in fridge for an hour.
- BODY BUTTER: May have to do hot water bath x2 to fully melt all grainy balls. Remove from water, and stir. Once grainy balls have melted completely, leave out at room temperature and continue stirring occasionally while product cools. You will want the texture to become extremely thick, then place in fridge for a few hours.
- Product will instantly go back to its silky texture once again.
- You can do this repeatedly and never ruin the product. Our products have up to - 2 year life span.
