Texture Change
Due to environmental temperature changes from shipping, events and travel, your product may experience texture change. If you open your jar and notice little gritty balls do not worry, this is 100% normal and expected during hotter months since we do not add any chemical stabilizers to our products.
It will only take a few minutes to get the product back to its normal silky texture once again.

Step 1
- Simply take a bowl and fill it with warm water. Avoid using water over 105F degrees to not damage the organic oils.

- Next, place your jar in the bowl of warm water (being very cautious not to get any water in product, as water = mold).

- Once lightly melted, remove jar from water bath and continue stirring while it cools.

- Product will instantly go back to its silky texture once again.
- You can do this repeatedly and not ruin the product.
