HOW TO USE:

1. Start with clean, hydrated skin and apply a pea size amount of Artica Face Cream.

2. Hold the gua sha tool at a 15–30° angle and gently glide upward and outward from the center of your face.

3. Use light pressure — enough to engage the skin, but never to the point of discomfort.

4. Repeat each stroke 5–10 times, focusing on the jawline, cheeks, and forehead.

5. Clean your tool with warm, soapy water after use and pat dry.

Tip: For an extra cooling effect, place your gua sha in the fridge before use to help calm inflammation and awaken your skin.
